Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Return:
- Timeframe: You can return your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Non-returnable Items:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Return Process:

- Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with further instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@americacarellc.com with your order details.
